		<description>To hold my tongue and not speak almost feels like doing something wrong, I have been so conditioned to speak what I think. Try, sometime, stopping once the thought has reached the tongue. It feels almost embarrassing to come so close and then not speak it, as if the people around have a right to hear my thought just because I nearly spoke it. 

Control of one&#039;s tongue is truly counter-cultural.</description>
